Level 2/3 Vinyasa

This class is for the advanced practitioner looking to expand their practice. In this class we will explore more challenging poses, including arm balances and inversions. Previous yoga experience (and a sense of humor) required.    


Yoga Basics

For beginners new to yoga and those looking to brush up on their technique. There will be an emphasis on foundational yoga poses and alignment. Props, adjustments and instruction offered for all levels. Cultivate strength, balance and mindfulness in this all-levels class.


Yoga 101

Designed with the beginner in mind, this class takes a slow and detailed approach to the practice of yoga. With a focus on proper alignment and breath work, we will learn to create a strong foundation for healthy movement.
