Arm balancing can be a fun and challenging way to add some spice to your practice. Join me for a 2 hour break-down of some of the most popular arm balances. We'll start with a targeted vinyasa to warm your shoulders, hips and core (yay!) and move into a sampling of different exercises you can incorporate into your regular practice to help you achieve lift off.

The workshop is $20. Bring some water, your happy self and a playful attitude. Some prior yoga experience is helpful, but not required - but come prepared to sweat.
